Such lovely a lovely time I had this past weekend!

I know I should have posted this sooner but I have been slacking off (what else is new!)

So as you most probably know if you follow Eden, Hachi or Ain's Blogs, that we were all featured on an episode of Tokyo Kawaii TV for an episode called Kawaii Around The World!

You can not imagine my level of excitement (and nervousness)

But after meeting up with the girls it was so much more comforting

We all met up at New World Mall and went around for a bit of shopping! I was pretty broke so I was saving my money to eat

We all went around to almost EVERY store! We went into this really adorable lingerie shop I had to take pics!

I realllly wanted to buy a set, but I am not petite like Japanese/Asian girls, so the bra may fit but the bottom wont

After we were done at the mall we went over to Toto's for some Purikura~

It was really funny because we had two sessions and we would stand in line and run in one at a time while one would run out to take pictures alternating in a group.

After taking Purikura we finally made our way over to Zebra Lounge, where we ate and drank and sang our little hearts out!

They were really singing their hearts out! haha

Cute Room Therapy~

Hello my lovelies!

So early this morning my lover boy and I worked on making my bedroom simply adorable~

Along with the clothing I bought, I also bought things to decorate my room and feel more homey now that I have been staying with my brother. I still might just move out on my own or with my boyfriend or whatever, but since I wont be going anywhere as of yet, might as well feel comfy in a cute girly room, right?

Pampering & Shopping

Hello lovelies~ How was your weekend?

I have been busy busy busy! (For real)

Decided to dye my hair and hang out with the lover boy and my lil brobro

We went to Flushing to get some bubble tea and crepes (This is becoming a weekly routine, might as well just buy my first class ticket to fat-town)

Haha, on Thursday I finally dyed my hair! And if you have me as a friend on Facebook you may have seen it already. But of course, here is a picture anyway~

I did majority brown, and I kept a strip of my natural hair on the left side, to give it that half/half look. I love it!

What do you think?

Yesterday I did quite a bit. I woke up around 8am

First I went to buy some things for my room around manhattan.

(Jacks World 99c Store is amazing!!!)

Then I went home to visit my mom at work ... and ... pick up some money ... haha.

Then I was off to China Town!

Bought more cute stuff there like bedsheets, stationary, pens and more random crap

I'll take pics of everything later.

Then I had my second interview with One Source Talent a modeling and acting agency~

It had to be the toughest interview of my life. The lady was so non responsive to my replies so I couldn't get any feel of how I was doing. I was so nervous!!!

After the interview, looking over my pictures, and a brief commercial skit she said.... I got the job!

I was so relieved!

So after that was over.. I finished my shopping day!

I know many of you have seen me in this top. I post it first because I wanted to show off my two favorite crop tops (also because the summer is now gone *tear*) I bought it about 2 months ago in a mall... I think the store was Against all odds.. but don't take my word for it!

This top I bought about three weeks ago at Express in Soho. It was about 40% off so I think it came out to about 13$. It was so perfect for the warm weather, loose and comfy, a bit sheer, and goes amazingly with gold accessories! (Too bad I bought it so late in the summer)

Bought these adorable heels at the New World Mall in Flushing Queens~ I love how elegant looking they are, but you could also wear them with more casual outfits... But check out the heel!

Simply lovely! I adore them so much! And they are oh so comfortable! I realized I have nothing under 5" heels in my collection, so I decided why not do something more comfortable! Aren't they beautiful! And only 15$!!! What a steal!

In with Fall, out come the oversize sweat shirts! I also bought this today for 20$ also at NWM.

I love the color, different from anything I already own. And of course, Hello Kitty, how could I resist!

Also got this leopard long sleeve shirt~ I'm not crazy about it but I know if worn with a good outfit it would be sexy~ Have to have faith! haha I think I got this one for 20$ as well.

This has to be my FAVORITE of them all, I love the sleeve and the cute teddy bear print is just too adorable!! This one was a bit more expensive, 46$ I believe, but I really couldn't let it go! I sat there for a good 5mins wondering what I should do haha!

Bought this lovely dress at Forever21 and those sleeves!!! I just can't resist! I think I will wear this for my honey's 21st B-day in October. It will be a lot more cold out, but I don't mind.

Also got my nails done! Finally tried UV Gel for the first time and I LOVE them! This came out to 65$ which I know is probably a bit pricey, but this is much better than the $100+ I pay at Valley. Little by little I will find cheaper places to get cute nails.. But I don't think it will get much cheaper! Haha. I will be getting my nails done here from now on! :D

Bought a new wallet too! The one I had lasted me for a good 4years!!! And it is still pretty good, I just needed a new one. Notice the bootleg-ness? Look close at the "Hello Kitty" name hahah.

Happy Summer Days~❤

Hello Lovelies!

It is 3am right now and since I have recently taken up the nocturnal lifestyle I figure why not give you guys an update!

Summer is coming to an end and I feel very upset with myself... for the second summer in a row I didn't do as much as I hoped to. Although I did go to Barbados to visit family (and got to see Rihanna in concert, which I will talk about in a later entry) I still didn't get my Summer fulfillment.

So in a hasty effort to enjoy my last days before the cold sweeps in,

I decided to hang out with Malia and Eden

(whom I met for the first time that day! Yay for new friends!!)

We met up in Flushing and decided to go do some Purikura and roam around for a while.

Eden was such a sweetie! It was so easy to just talk to her topic after topic!

I really love making new friends that have common interests

After cam whoring we had some great bubble tea!

We also had cake! (How could I resist)

After that we browsed the many shops along Main Street.

I wish I had money to splurge on cute jewelry and accessories...

But of course, Korea Town always calls me when I'm broke

So many cute accessories~

The three of us ended up staying out til about 10pm, just wandering around and talking!

It was really enjoyable to just relax with the girls~hehe!

久しぶり！Long time no .. blog!?

Hey loves, I know I know. I slacked yet again on updating my blog, but I thought about updating all the time. . . I just didn't.

I won't lie I haven't been busy either, total opposite of that! I've had WAY too much free time!

Maybe thats why I haven't updated... hm.

I think I need a fast paced life in order to feel good. I like being busy and always having something to do. If I don't -have- to do something, I most likely wont do anything.

Anywho! I have been fine, not dead. If you have me on Facebook you will know I'm not dead and have been addicted to the Sims Social. Damn Facebook games and their addictive-ness. Also, I have been considering doing the Master Cleanse. Has anyone tried it before? I need to start back with exercise and such, so I figure I should begin with a Cleanse to flush my body of toxins and then gradually work myself back into a healthy diet.

What is your opinion on the Master Cleanse? If you don't know what it is read here or here on Wikipedia.

I will post updates in a bit of outings and such, I should also work on a review of my newest lenses as well as some great face masks!

Dolly Wink Reviews!

So last weekend I went to China Town and decided to buy some Dolly Wink eyelashes.

I know a lot of people say "Omg they are such a waste of money!" But its like buying name brand items, your not just going to buy every knock off out there! I myself LOVE getting anything cheap that can replicate the real thing, but I decided to see if they were somewhat worth the money. So lets get started, yeah?

Todays review lashes will be...

Dolly Sweet #o1 [Upper Lashes]

Pure Little #o8 [Lower Lashes]

No. 1 Dolly Sweet

Price: Est $16USD - $18USD

Upper Lashes

Rating: ★★★★☆ 4/5

These lashes are amazing, I simply love everything about them!

I am very irritated by lashes that have a stiff base and make it feel very heavy and noticeable on your lash line. The Dolly Wink on the other hand has a very thin and flexible base, I could hardly feel them on my eyes throughout the day. On top of that the band is clear, making it the perfect lashes if you want a natural look or a more dramatic look without that thick black line on your lid.

Here's a close up of what I mean~

Notice how thin the band is, I wiggled it around a lot and it is very flexible. You will forget you are wearing them.. except for the shade it will give your eyes because of its length, haha~

The shape of the hairs are very flattering to the "Dolly look" (hence the name)

The hairs are also extremely soft, I am not sure if it is human hair or not, but since the hairs are so smooth and light this also adds to the comfort.

Top Lashes.

I really highly recommend these, if you ever want to just splurge on something because you are in a "I deserve it" mood, or if your going on a makeup shopping spree. Whatever the case may be, if you are considering it, please do it!

I have noticed a few people complained about how long they are and that they extend across your eye, honestly this adds to the Dolly/Gyaru look, but if you really do not like it what I recommend doing it trimming one chunk off at the FRONT of the lashes, (where the inner corner of your eye would be) Or 2 chunks, depending on how short you want it to be.

Ex:

1 chunk, 2 chunk, 3 chunk etc.

On to the next set!

No. 8 Pure Little

Price: Est $16USD - $18USD

Bottom Lashes

Rating: ★★★★☆ 4/5

Almost everything said for the No. 1 Dolly Sweet applies to No. 8 Pure Little lashes! These bottom lashes come in individual pieces of two tiny strands that you can clump together in one corner or spread out evenly under your lower lash line. The only thing you must keep in mind is if you are not wearing eyeliner under your eye or some type of eyeshadow you need to make sure you have a worthy eyelash glue that will not leave white (or black) glue traces.

Aside from that very minor set back, these lashes are excellent for medium to natural eye makeup. If you are trying to do something a little more dramatic, these may not tickle your fancy.

Top and bottom lashes + circle lens.

As you can see the bottom lashes are very subtle but they are good enough to give you eyes that extra boost to your look.

So why the 4/5 rating? Only the price is an issue for me, all together top and bottom lashes come out to a WHOPPING $36USD! Insanity, and if you are including tax thats about a good $40! I think that is simply ridiculous, but in all honesty they are a great buy, you get two pairs of each and if taken care properly can last for 6months to a year, or longer! [I have had dollar lashes for about two years now because of good maintenance]

All in all these lashes have won my vote! Have they won yours?

A New Look~ Plus reviews!

Hello my darlings~ I hope everyone is doing well!

Like I promised I would update today!

So two days ago I got my hair cut. I originally planed to get it cut and dyed, but Yasuko (the girl that was going to dye my hair) Did not recommend it because I also get relaxers. I think I will wait til my hair gets a bit more strength back and then maybe do a box dye. [Anyone that has experience with getting relaxers and perming I'd appreciate some advice~)

He is SUCH a sweet man, he really makes you feel comfortable, it is very easy to have a conversation with him too. On Serious Note... Gross.

Hey guys, this post is going to be a bit more emotional than the rest.

I know my last blog was mainly focused on my feelings, thoughts and emotional stuff

so with this blog I am trying to give it a more upbeat tone than the last.

Perhaps I will make a separate blog to vent and relate to any of my followers.

Although I would often feel very whiney and lame, it was touching to know that some of you felt the same way on some of my views, and some of my personal issues as well.

Blogging in that way may also help someone get through a problem in their life by looking at another's.

And with that in mind it made me realize that venting on a blog isn't as bad as it seemed..

On that note, I would like to go into a little bit of what has been troubling me~

[If you're not interested please don't burden yourself on reading further, I will make my next post problem free! Haha.]

Japan, of course.

As anyone who knows me already knows, Japan is my passion. I adore the culture, the country, the people. Just so much about Japan captures my heart.

What has been upsetting me is the fact that I have given up so easily on trying to make it there... If its a dream shouldn't I be doing what ever I possibly can to make it there?

Sadly I have given up on many things recently and I'm not sure why.

I think I have lost all my motivation to continue on with anything.

But I want to try to hold on to at least one thing, and thats why I must try my best to make it to Japan. Even if I have given up on all my other dreams, I want to at least make this one come true.

I will try to find two jobs for the summer, and build more onto my savings account.

Anything that I can do to save up money I will try and hopefully be able to succeed in this goal that I have been dying to reach for ten years.

GUESS? How I adore you~

Glitter attack!

So when I went back home to visit my mom we were checking out GUESS website

(because I simply ADORE GUESS!)

While sitting there I was looking for a new bag for the summer, I found some pretty cute ones...

Such as~

Canary Small Satchel. A very bright summery color. Probably not convient for ever outfit though. But it also comes in Stone which is similar to beige, and Black which is very chic.

Then there was this.

Giada Tote. The pattern of its vinyl exterior really caught my attention. It was different but also very casual. Sadly this is the only color I thought to be appealing. It also comes in Chalk, Taupe and Black. Black would also probably be acceptable. Can never really go wrong with that color.

Next up~

Rylen Tote [Web Exclusive]. This bag was very beautifully crafted! The design caught my attention right away... As for a casual bag, not so much. I could count very few times when I would actually wear this bag. Therefore I see it as a waste of money for me to purchase. But I simply love the design of this tote, very unique. It also comes in.... Black. Haha, of course.

What I love most was the clutch to match!

Rylen Slim Clutch [Web Exclusive]. The centerpiece from the tote placed on this simple clutch really makes it stand out, and it is much more useable than the tote in my opinion. It comes in alternate Stone tones (seen above) and Coral tones.

I'm really not sure of the name, and I haven't seen it online. But I love it!!

Love love love sturdy straps! I hate when a bag has been through many years and the straps just fall apart.

The interior, grey leopard print! So cute.

I am really happy with this bag, the color is perfect for the summer and it is big enough for my taste. It also is very sturdy but has movement to it, I hate stiff bags!

If I find out what the name is I will post it up for anyone that is interested.

By the way! If anyone knows Fifi O' Dollis from facebook or her blog, she made a blog post for a friend about different shades of "Chocolate Gyaru" I am one of the features! Please check out her blog, it is very pretty! I believe 90% of her blog layout was created by her! Thats talent~

Back on track!

Hello lovelies!

Like I said, once I get back on my comp I will give a proper update. And here I am

So this weekend was pretty event full. I've been keeping myself very busy because I don't want to waste my summer sitting at home and then find out Winter is back

On Friday I went bowling for the first time ever at Harlem Lanes. I ended up breaking my thumb nail! And I really sucked... But for my first time it wasn't so bad

I ended up getting home around 2am, just to wake up early the next day to go to Harry's little brother's baseball game

So Saturday I went out to a party in Soho with two girls from my job... er... ex job

As soon as we walked in there was smoke everywhere, it could have either been the smoke machine by the DJ, or all the weed and cigarettes

The party was in a Loft and it was HUGE! There were a lot of different areas you could go to hang out, big dance area, another smaller one, and two lounge areas. They were selling some suspicious looking drinks in 25c juice bottles, haha! But I don't drink so I didn't care.

Phone update

Quick Update!

Hello everyone, I know you may be thinking "Hey what the hell is she going to neglect her blog like last time!?"

NO! I'm not! I've just be really busy recently. I've moved in with my brother and I feel very cluttered being here...

And I absolutely HATE clutter! I can't function properly (hence the reason why I am so determined to get my own place, and do things MY way~)

So yes, any who I have not forgot about my blog. I've been gathering things that may intrest you guys so that once I'm comfortable in my surroundings I'll get around to making those entries for you!

Now lets see, an update!

★I moved in with my brother because my father is annoying! (I'm too much like him so I suppose thats why we clash ><) ☆I am currently looking for a new job, actually going to drop off some resumes today! (That means no money and no shopping! UGH) ★I am preparing to (most likely) chop my hair again. Similar to that of Di from Rania.

Once I do that I will also dye it, so Yay! New look~

☆Last but not least! M0m0ko is in town~!! Yes, she is down for the day and I'm hoping to meet up and take her everywhere possible!!! Hahaha.

There you go, thats your update! Pretty boring eh. Well look forward to some reviews and posts on some things that I have bought (while I was still working of course >>;) that I haven't yet worn/opened yet. Thats all guys! Terribly sorry for the boring post! Boring post is better than no post at all right? ;]

A review for your day?

Hey hey guys!

So its a dull rainy day out, I wanted to go out for a run but I guess that wont happen.

Until I get the energy to do other exercises I decided to give you guys a little review!

Todays review will be

Super Quick Gloss Concealer ❤ EX

Price : 14USD

Color : 02 Baby Pink

Rating : ★★★☆☆ 3/5

So lets get on with the review!

Well I was first introduced to this lipgloss by my friend Laura (follow her blog here)

After testing it out from her I decided to go out and buy one for myself.

It gets pretty irritating to condition, foundation and put on lip gloss.

Once that fades away what are you going to do? Walk around with foundation in your bag?

Some people may be fine with that, but I'm not!

So I decided to go after this product, claiming to be concealer + lipgloss in one!

There were 2 color choices, 01 Nude Beige and o2 Baby Pink.

I really liked how the Baby Pink looked so I went for it.

So lets go to some pictures, then the breakdown.

The tube is very simple and cute, it sucks that its such a small amount for the price!

o2 Baby Pink

Color swatch on my hand, it looks much pinker in this picture, its more of a pale pink.

So it conceals, moisturizes and shines very well. Its not too sticky like most glosses.

Also, unlike concealer, it doesn't seep into the cracks of your lips making your lips look ashy and dry.

So, the break down.

Pros:

Not drying out like a plain concealer.

A little goes a long way.

More convenient than foundation+concealer+lip gloss.

Great neutral color.

Cons:

Pretty expensive.

Small tube.

Must reapply pretty often.

Not many cons here, a personal con I would also bring up is the o2 Baby Pink color doesn't suit my skin tone as much as I would hope. I think it is better suited for lighter skin tones. Perhaps next time I will go with the o1 Nude Beige. Here is me wearing the gloss.

久しぶり！Long time no see!..er..post?

Hey everybody! Its been a while hasen't it! Ah so much has happened~

Of course it would be unfair of me to just dump all the things going on in one extremely long

(and no doubt boring) blog post!

So when I feel like I will just randomly talk about something that has happened

That seems fair right? Haha.

So lets see~ Lets start with my most recent news!

As most of you may know May 4th was my 21st Birthday!

お誕生日おめでとう！

I recieved so many birthday wishes it was overwhelming! Haha

It truly was! So I wanted to give kisses to all of you

For my birthday mytook brought me balloons and a STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE!!

It was とってもうおいしい！Very delicious!

Cutting my cake~ I was greedy and gave my boyfriend a very thin slice HAHAHA

That weekend Harry took me out to dinner at a restaurant/bar in Soho called BOOM.

The atmosphere of the place was just so laid back.

The venue was lit up by the candles on each table, and the very dim spot lights that was focused on the small jazz band playing in a corner by our table.

Hey guys, long time no see! I have been gone for some time now, and now that I have been doing so much stuff with myself I decided I should start blogging again and keeping you guys up to date!
